The discussions will be held during Europe India Business Summit on 25th September at the European Parliament in Brussels

Europe India Centre for Business and Industry (EICBI) is organizing the 'Europe India Business Summit 2018’ at the European Parliament in Brussels on 25th September so as to showcase business opportunities in India for various stakeholders in the European Union. The summit will be held over a period of 2 days with discussions and interactions on 25th September and industrial visits on 26th September so as to provide better understanding of how EU works for our delegates. This summit will be chaired by Member of European Parliament and Vice Chair of European Parliament delegation for relations with India, Hon. Caroline Nagtegaal, and is co-hosted by Hon. Geoffrey Van Orden MBE MEP, who is the Chair of European Parliament delegation for relations with India.
Europe India Business Summit will be the 22nd business meet of business meet series which have been organized in Europe by EICBI and its associate organization, Sivaleen, during the course of this decade. Over the past 21 summits which have been held at British Parliament in London, the organizations have engaged more than 3000 stakeholders in the UK - India - EU corridor.

Hon Caroline Nagtegaal, who is also the Patron of Europe India Centre for Business & Industry, mentioned “Fostering ever closer cooperation between India and the EU, the two largest multiparty democracies in the world, is of great importance. Not just for the wealth and prosperity of our people, but for the world. I look forward to the summit as an essential step towards increased mutual understanding and as a way to discuss shared opportunities” . Sujit S Nair, Chair of Europe India Centre for Business and Industry said “Summits like these help in bringing together various stakeholders who are keen to have a strong relationship between EU and India in one platform and since the summits do attract a number of influential stakeholders in the EU-India corridor including Members of Parliaments and Senior executives for business organizations, it provides an opportunity for the delegates to discuss their issues with people who have the ability to influence decision".
The summit is expected to gather around 120 delegates including few of the companies from 28 European Union Countries and India, policymakers from the European Union and India, Members of the European Parliament and other invited guests.
