Europe India Centre for Business and Industry, supported by BSICC, is hosting 'India Manufacturing Summit 2017', a curated event which is exclusively for companies in the manufacturing sector who are keen to understand the challenges and opportunities in India's manufacturing sector. This summit will be the 17th summit of our business meet series and will be held on 18th July 2017 at UK Parliament, London. Over the past 16 summits held at UK Parliament over the years, we have engaged more than 2350 delegates from more than thousand companies. This summit will be chaired by Hon Mr Virendra Sharma. The summit is expected to gather around 100 delegates including Members of House of Lords & House of Commons, representatives from European companies and Indian companies who are interested to understand about the current business opportunities in India's manufacturing sector.

Aims and Objectives
The summit aims to establish an understanding of major challenges and opportunities in manufacturing sector for companies in India, UK and Europe.
Indian government is giving strong impetus to the manufacturing sector through the “Make in India” initiative as part of the efforts to transform India into a global design and manufacturing hub. Through this summit, we hope to share business opportunities for UK/ European companies to invest in India’s manufacturing sector and let companies know about the regulatory policies which have been relaxed to facilitate investments and ease of doing business.
